New DNSimple Knowledge Base

DNSimple has a new Knowledge Base, available today at https://support.dnsimple.com.
The knowledge base has questions and answers about DNS, domains, SSL certificates and more. We've tried to do our best to provide useful answers that can help beyond DNSimple.
We've seeded the knowledge base with questions that many of our customers have asked us, but we'd love to add more. Feel free to ask us new questions and we'll continue growing the knowledge base with helpful responses.
