Making transfers simple with our transfer concierge service
Whether you have one domain or hundreds, transferring your domain from one registrar to another is time consuming and causes more frustration than it should. Wouldn't it be awesome if someone just handled the transfer for you?
Today we are pleased to bring you our free Domain Transfer Concierge Service, a new way to ease the pain of transferring your domains into DNSimple. With our domain transfer concierge service, a DNSimple team member will log into your registrar and handle the transfer into DNSimple for you. We'll unlock the domains, create your transfer codes, create the transfer orders in DNSimple and make sure to tell you if anything needs to be fixed before transferring.
How do I sign up?
It's simple:
- If you already have an active DNSimple account, go to the contact page, choose your business account from the list, and contact us with the domains you'd like to transfer and any special instructions, and we'll handle the rest.
- If you don't have an active DNSimple account, create on and activate it and then contact us.
How does it work?
We will review the domains in your current registrar and identify any changes that need to be made before starting the transfer. If there is anything you need to do before we start then we'll email you with details. Then, we will add each domain to your DNSimple account and start the domain transfer process using authorization codes we obtain from your current registrar. All you have to do is approve each transfer when you receive the transfer email. If we have any questions or concerns along the way we will email you directly.
That's it! It's as easy as it gets, so sign up and start today.
As always, if you have any questions please contact us at support@dnsimple.com - we're here to help.

I break things so Simone continues to have plenty to do. I occasionally have useful ideas, like building a domain and DNS provider that doesn't suck.
We think domain management should be easy.
That's why we continue building DNSimple.
