Welcome Laetitia Eden
Laetitia has seen DNSimple grow from the very beginning, helping me and others on the team by listening and providing her feedback to help us make a better company. Today I'd like to officially welcome her to the DNSimple team.
Laetitia has always been involved with DNSimple behind the scenes, from listening to ideas and providing feedback, to occasionally pitching in to help with customer service and other operational tasks. Having run successful businesses of her own, her experience in working with customers will definitely come in handy here at DNSimple.
Laetitia will be working to improve customer experience, from onboarding to customer success for existing customers. In addition, she will continue helping ensure that our team meetups are amazing (as she has done in the past!)
I break things so Simone continues to have plenty to do. I occasionally have useful ideas, like building a domain and DNS provider that doesn't suck.
We think domain management should be easy.
That's why we continue building DNSimple.
